editorial portrait of a woman in her late twenties at a sunlit café, ringlight wraparound illuminating her collarbone shine, shallow depth of field, 85mm Sigma art lens, golden-hour spill from a west window, magazine-grade skin retouch, Kodak Portra 400 emulation

How it works
Three steps. No setup.
No plugins, no model to install. Paste, sift, paste somewhere else — works with any generator that takes a text prompt.
01/sift
Paste
You drop a glammed prompt into the box. Anything your image generator accepts as text input works.
02/strip
Sift
We strip the photographer vocabulary, lighting jargon, and editorial gloss. The scene, the outfit, the pose she's actually striking — all survive. The glow doesn't.
03/copy
Copy and generate
You get a plain-language prompt back. Paste it into your generator of choice. The output looks shot, not produced.
Before → After
Same scene. Less studio.
Three real prompts, sifted. Copy the after prompt and try it in your own generator.

SKIN REALISM (CRITICAL PRIORITY):
Skin must look like real, unedited human skin:
- visible pores on cheeks, nose, forehead
- natural skin texture (not smooth or uniform)
Skin should NOT be perfect:
- no airbrushing
- no smoothing
- no "glass skin"
- no plastic look
amateur realistic low production unedited slight grain and natural shadows

Why we made this
Every shot looks shotreal.
Prompt packs always portray women on their best day. The hair is perfect, the lighting is editorial, the skin glows. PromptSift extracts the glow — the editorial slouch, the ringlight wraparound, the Vogue-grade retouch — and leaves you with the same woman in the same scene, captured by a friend with an iPhone instead of a studio with a Sigma art lens.

What you get
Plain tools. Built for repeat use.
Every account gets the same engine. No upsell tiers, no model selection — just decide how many sifts you need per month and we'll do the rest.
60+ toggle UI
Dial in only the realism cues you want. Default to amateur, override section by section — character, age, wardrobe, eye direction, fingernails.
9 iPhones · 9 lightings
iPhone 17 Pro for clean, iPhone 4 for grainy throwbacks. Lighting from natural-morning to ringlight, flash, no flash, and lights off.
Anti-AI realism block
A reusable instruction set that tells your generator to stop reaching for the perfect frame.
Identity-anchor handling
When you supply a reference photo, the engine anchors her face exactly. The glamour around her is what gets cut.
Auto-credit return
If a sift fails — network error, refusal, anything — the credit returns to your balance automatically. You only pay for sifts that ship.
Credit packs + subs
$19/month for 100 sifts, or buy 40 / 100 / 240 credits up front and burn them down over twelve months.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
Anything missing? Ask us — we'll fold the answer in.
01Who is this for?+
AI content creators making photo-realistic imagery. v1 is optimized for prompts depicting female subjects — the fluff dictionary, the example corpus, and every validated test case is female-coded. Male prompts work structurally but aren't validated yet — that's a v2.5 release.
02Do you keep my prompts?+
We keep metadata — input character count, cost, cache-hit flag, timestamp — so you can see your usage and so we can debug billing. Raw prompt text isn't written to our long-term store; it's held briefly in memory during processing. See /privacy for the full retention policy.
03What about reference photos?+
PromptSift is text-in, text-out. We don't accept image uploads, so there's nothing to keep.
04How many credits per call?+
One. One sift, one credit. No surprise multipliers for longer prompts. If a sift fails for any reason, the credit returns to your balance automatically.
05Does it work with my image generator?+
Sift returns plain-language prompts. Paste them into any generator that accepts text. We don't gate the output behind a specific platform.
06Can I cancel any time?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the current cycle. No retention call.
07Is the founders pricing actually lifetime?+
Yes — locked at $149/year for as long as you keep the subscription active. When the first ~100 seats are claimed, the rate goes back to standard annual pricing.
08What if I run out of credits?+
You can buy a one-time credit pack (40, 100, or 240 credits, expires 12 months from purchase), or wait until your next monthly reset. We don't auto-charge overages.
09What's your refund policy?+
Annual subscriptions get a 7-day refund window from initial purchase. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current cycle but cancelable any time. Credit packs are non-refundable. System-error refunds available case-by-case. See /refund for the full text.
10Will you support male prompts?+
Yes, in a future release. Sift v1 was validated on a 20-prompt female corpus — adding male requires re-running the full corpus + a new validation pass. Tracked as a v2.5 milestone.
11Will you support video prompts?+
On the roadmap, not in v1. PromptSift v1 is text-image prompts only.
12Why "Sift"?+
Because "filter" was taken and "clean" sounded like soap. Sift describes what the tool does — pass the prompt through, keep what matters, drop the rest.
Stop generating studio shots when you want real life.
Sift the glow out. Keep her exactly where she is — same scene, same outfit, same pose — and let the photo look like a friend took it.
